By using Pluck, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the service. Pluck is built and operated by Quassum MB, a company registered in Lithuania.

The service

Pluck is a browser extension and web platform that lets you copy components from websites and turn them into prompts for AI tools. We provide the extension, a dashboard, and related features as described on our website.

Accounts

You need an account to use Pluck. You're responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure. If you think someone else has accessed your account, let us know right away at info@quassum.com.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

Plans and pricing

Pluck offers a free plan and paid plans. Paid plans are billed monthly through Polar. Prices may change, but we'll give you notice before your next billing cycle.

Refunds

You can request a refund for the current billing month only. To be eligible, you must not have used most of the credits included in your plan for that month. Refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Your content

Pluck helps you capture and copy components from websites. We make no claim of ownership over the content you pluck or the prompts we generate for you. What you do with that content is your responsibility.

You're responsible for making sure your use of plucked content respects the rights of the original website owners.

What we ask of you

When using Pluck, please don't:

  • Use the service for anything illegal
  • Try to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the extension or platform
  • Abuse the service in ways that affect other users (like automated scraping at scale)
  • Share your account with others or resell access

Disclaimers

Pluck is provided as-is. We do our best to keep things running smoothly, but we can't guarantee the service will always be available, error-free, or meet your specific needs.

We are not responsible for:

  • The accuracy or legality of content you pluck from third-party websites
  • How AI tools interpret or use the prompts generated by Pluck
  • Any losses or damages resulting from your use of the service

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Quassum MB's total liability to you for any claims related to Pluck is limited to the amount you've paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You can stop using Pluck and delete your account at any time. We may also suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with notice where practical.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Lithuania.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the date at the top of this page. Continued use of Pluck after changes means you accept the updated terms.
